Its your boy friends responsibility to see that his family treat you with respect. He is the one who should correct their behavior. If he does not then you may have to begin avoiding contact with these people. I also do not think a 2 year old child should be expected to perform a duty at someones wedding, so you may want to simply pull her out of the mix because if she causes trouble, such as crying, etc. they will definitely blame you.Avoid being around them as much as possible, and when you must be in their company be sure its a very short visit.

President Arroyo is not worthy to be the President of this nation, she loves her throne so much that she’s willing to give out everything just to defend it, even us FIlipinos.She’s one scared President, she and her Generals can’t handle the stress from MILF that’s why she’s selling out.Like what she did, when she pulled out troops from Iraq, one scared President.To Mrs. Arroyo, how can you call yourself a President where in fact you’re just a puppet of your Generals and Higher Nations?All you bring is shame. The Obama administration is a threat to itself for failing to fully and properly enforce the Federal immigration laws. If the laws were being enforced as they should the states would not need to write their own laws.It is generally accepted that our communities govern themselves. When they fail to do so the states take the responsibility and do so. If the states fail to do so the federal government steps in to see the citizens and commerce are properly protected. In this case our federal government under both Obama and Bush have failed to administer federal law as it needs to be so the States are being forced to do what they can on their own. In doing so they need laws to dictate how those actions will be carried out and ensure enforcement is sanctioned by law. All states need to enact laws similar to the arizona law and our federal government needs to get on with Comprehensive Immigration Reform WITHOUT amnesty in any form, under any other title or the concept circumvented by applying watered down exceptions making a mockery of our laws.

You’ll only get more power out of 2 ohms speakers if they’re matched to a 2 ohm output impedence amplifier. When you hook up a 4 ohm amp to 2 ohm speakers you have an impedence mismatch.Matched Z = max. P transfer.

I don’t think anything should be considered too tough on illegal immigrants because they broke into this country & that is a CRIME. They need to start throwing them in jail until they are deported. People would probably think less about coming here illegally if the punishments after being caught were harsh.

Legal immigrants would demand equal rights. And most legal immigrants who went through to rightfully obtain citizenship often embrace their citizenship with pride and grab opportunities to better their lives… and they rightfully should.

When a person or group no longer has any rational arguments against their oppenents, they generally resort to petty name-calling. From my reading of Ms. Schlafly’s body of work, it appears that she has never had a rational thought in her life. Small minds hurl names – “stereotypical hysterical female” indeed. I doubt that the very learned and coolly logical Justice O’Connor could have successfully held her position on the Supreme Court for so many years if she was some kind of hysterical bimbo.

Instead of asking for all vehicles getting 100MPG in 10 years set up a series of goals beginning four or five years out with the 10 year out goal being a Corporate Average Fuel Economy figure of 100MPG. As far as the 15% of cars running on non carbon based fuels I think it is a noble goal, but how on earth are you going to get the consumers to buy them? Just look at the situation we have today. Chevrolet offers more 30MPG+ choices than any other auto maker — but the public prefers to buy the 13MPG pickups and SUVs (at least as long as gas is selling for under $3.xx per gallon).Your time frames are too tight. It takes a minimum of three years for new technology to be incorporated into a complex manufactured product and even then significant unanticipated problems tend to crop up.One problem you have totally ignored is the difference in labor costs between the Big 3 and their Japanese competition. Unless these costs are equalized the Big 3 cannot compete on the basis of value for the dollar. When Nissan’s costs in Tennessee are substantially less than GM’s costs in Michigan there is no way a Chevrolet can be profitably priced to compete with the corresponding Nissan model.I believe that the only long term cure for the Big 3 lies in wage and benefit parity. Since I do not believe that current and former employees of the Big 3 will voluntarily accept lower wages, health benefits, and retirement income I think the only solution, which I suspect isn’t acceptable, is for the labor costs of the remainder of the automobile industry being brought into line with the Big 3.Jerry-the-bookkeeper
